The other day, I heard that new autumn’s sake has begun shipped immediately I drove through the rice fields to get it. On the way to Oya Takashi Sake Brewery, I enjoy look at scenery of green paddy fields and felt the end of summer.
First Hiyaoloshi experience
Hiyaoloshi is brewed in the winter and pasteurized in spring. After heat treatment, stored in tanks stay warehouse temperature over summer until fall. This type of sake is shipping when the outside temperature and the temperature in the warehouse are almost same.
We may enjoy aged sake, which is said to be the best time to drink sake. Now, let’s turn off the air conditioner and feel the night breeze. Reading your favorite book and comfortable drinking Hiyaoloshi will surely heal you.
