This is my favorite local brewery.
They good at making sake which type of fresh and straight from the tank.

Generally, in order to keep the quality, sake is heated up twice.
I heard that they use an ozone sterilization system to make it in a clean environment of brewery. Also It is the most important things that keeps refrigerated technology for logistics. For that reason, it will be possible to make fresh sake and supply it to us.
