Omoya brewery, Nagasaki prefecture
Look it up on Omoyashuzo.
You may be able to see the process of making Sake by beautiful pictures.
They have English web site.
I chose seafood for dinner.
This sake was brewed near the very end Sea of Japan.
It goes well with these dishes.

Baked Tuna with garlic oil, sticky Rice bread
This Tuna can be eaten with SUSHI, so I don’t want to cook too much as just bake it easily.

Smoked cheese, HANPEN fluffy fish cake

Deep-fried EDAMAME beans

DAIKON radish salad

Pickles Eggplant, ginger
I hope you will have a relaxing evening!
