I would like to tell the story that impressed me.
Mr. Yamamoto, the president of Yamamoto Brewery, is the proposer of a group called NEXT5.
NEXT5 is set up by the presidents of five different sake breweries in Akita prefecture.

40 to 50 years ago, a group of master brewers was hired in from other regions to make sake.
Then, the master brewing group has declined due to the aging and the life changed for seasonal workers.
With such a background, the members of NEXT5 not only manage the brewery but also move their bodies, hands, and brain to brew sake to protect the declining sake culture.
They aim to make delicious sake, and also to boost the sake industry in Akita Prefecture.
Nowadays the unity of new leaders like them has made opportunity a change in the direction of the sake industry.
A better sake industry will also have a positive impact on local agriculture.
They may not expect it, but I believe they will even solve the social problems that Japan currently faces.
I want to cheer up young people who work hard toward their goals.
