It’s beautiful and little fruity aroma that goes well with any dish.

The brand of sake, “Swi-gyoku” means emerald.
The color of the sake is not emerald green, but I thought the elegant taste matched the image.

Ryoseki Sake Brewery was established in 1874, and the main building and four other warehouses are designated as national registered tangible cultural properties.

Yes, I like cooking, but I don’t make all dishes from scratch every day.
