Rich and juicy, it goes well with any dish.
A few days after opening, the taste changes to super dry.

I bought it tasting sale from the man who works at the brewery.
He let me taste a couple of different flavors, and taught me about how different each of them, so it was a fun shopping experience.

What impressed me was the act of swirling wine while he talks.

Come to think of it, a friend of mine asked me the other day.

Unfortunately, I know nothing about Sake. Are there wine tasting differences in it, just like other wines? Do some go with certain foods?

How to enjoy sake

Yes, sake can be enjoyed just like other wines.
It’s true that You may not detect the tannin texture of bitterness as grape wine, but sake is same way tasted swirling the glass to enjoy the aroma.

The compatibility with food is also little different, but it is fun to find something that suits both Western and Eastern styles.

Some people enjoy the difference in the origin of the ingredients and the degree of aging.

It is also popular to warm up sake.
It could be feel changing the aroma due to different temperature.
Additionally, you may interest the elegant entertainment of admiring ceramic’s sake cups.

In my case, I am interested in researching the back ground of history and geographical features and the land where the sake is made while enjoying the taste.

It can be said that the way to enjoy sake is the same as wine.
And there are no rules, just find your own way to enjoy it.

I hope you will have a relaxing evening!
