秋田県出身で長年飲食業界に携わっている友達がいるのですが、彼女に好きな日本酒を聞いたところ、こちらの福禄寿酒造の一白水成が好きと言っていました。

It goes perfect combination with any meals. Although the alcohol content is high 19, but it's not too dry, so be careful to drink too much.

English Tokubetsu Junmai Swi-gyoku
It's beautiful and little fruity aroma that goes well with any dish. The brand of sake, "Swi-gyoku" means emerald. The color of the sake is not emerald green, but I thought the elegant taste matched the image.

このお酒が注目されている大きな理由は、「十四代」というこれまた大人気の酒蔵さんからの技術指導（監修）を受けて造られたからなのでしょう。今回いただきました翠玉は、あの花邑の姉妹酒ということがわかりました。
