Hinomaru bruwery, Akita prefecture

It’s sweet and rich. Be careful not to drink too much!

The title of the sake, Mansaku no Hana, is a lovely yellow flower that blooms in early spring, heralding the end of a long winter.

Akita Prefecture, where the sake brewery is located, is a region that has a lot of snow and is very cold in winter.

Because it is a cold region, people must be longing for the arrival of spring.

Put it in a bottle and pasteurize it up

This super rare version of Mansaku flower is released only twice a year.

After the fresh sake is bottled, the bottle is pasteurized and stored at a low temperature.

By doing so, the area where the sake is exposed to the air is kept to a minimum, and the aroma and flavor are kept fresh.

Streets of merchant warehouses that remain secretly

If you are traveling to Japan, it might be a good idea to visit Hinomaru Brewery in Akita Prefecture.

Old-fashioned architecture can be seen in towns with breweries.

Even now, you can still feel the atmosphere of a distribution center in the Edo period, about 100years long ago.

Masuda town used to be a logistics base, people passage and market goods trading into the warehouse street.

Traditionoal streets and many luxuriously archtecture warehouse remain.

you could feel ancient town life While experiencing walk around the historical site.

Magnificently, Inside the warehouse, the luxurious construction is made from all Rustic natural materials.

I was surprised to find another door for double housing warehouse within the main warehouse.

It so feel calm, the door that stately and beautiful shiny stain, was polished by Japanese lacquer wax over and over.
