Izumibashi brewewry, Kanagawa prefecture
Elegant sweet aroma, middle of dry and light that goes well with any dish.
What a happy smiling snowman!
The point is that the dragonfly eggs are in the soil under the snowman.
Last summer on “Natsu Yago Label”, I told Izemibashi breweries not only brew’s sake, but also taking care of healthy rice fields.
When I had “Izumibashi Shizuku Junmai Gingjo”, it was surprised to learn about farming methods using soil microorganisms.
Lakuhu-mai means a variety of rice for brewing
It is the first rice for brewing registered in Kanagawa Prefecture as a production area variety brand.
This “Lakuhu-mai Shiboli-tate Junmay Gingjo” is expressions of Kanagawa terroir by Izemibashi brewery.
I hope you will have a relaxing evening!
