My mother went to the brewery store and bought it.
This is also freshly just pressed unpasteurized sake brewed from rice harvested in 2022.
Soil microorganisms started
When I bought “Summer Blue Junmai Gensyu”, I heard about it from who work sales department at the brewery.
Izumibashi brewery makes not only sake but also rice fields.
They are taking care of rice fields.
According to a post on the official Facebook page on December 7, they put water in the rice paddies in winter.
It means the soil has improvement microorganisms by organic farming.
It’s a surprise, even though it’s still 5 months before rice planting in May, the rice fields have already started work.
I realized that this sake was brewed after a really long process.
Thinking of drop by drop, thoughts of people, nature and microworld, thankful with my family.
