This sake has become one of my favorites. It’s perfectly fragrant and tasty for me.
I wrote that the title of this sake is easier, but on a Japanese keyboard, it will be displayed when I type IZA. How do your English speaker pronounce IZA? Can you read it?
I feel that easier sound is closer to Japanese pronunciation.

That said, the true meaning of this Sake is not easy rather difficult to explain.
