Pick one sake from Akita
Friend of mine who came from Akita that have been worked in restaurant business for over 20 years.
I asked her what your favorite sake was. Then she recommended this “Ippakusuisei” to me.
There are many breweries in Akita Prefecture, but she chose it from among them, so we should try it.

Previously, when I tried “Yamamoto of Yamamoto Sake Brewery” I knew that NEXT5.
NEX5 is a kind of sake brewery association group which creativity, new discoveries and cooperating each other.
The young president of Hukurokuju brewery Mr.Watanabe is a member of that group.
I also liked “Harukasumi of Kuribayashi Sake Brewery” because the water is so beautiful, and there are two sake that I haven’t tried yet.
Oh my, I really want to go Akita to visit brewery hopping tour.
