Fruity aroma sweet soft taste
It’s for Mountains Day in here Japan. As you know, most of land is mountains in my country.
We live with the blessings of mountains also we are thankful to bounties of nature.
So, I chose mountain lavel of sake, and My dinner presentation was inspired from this bottle.
Mt.DAISEN is the highest in the CHUGOKU region
This brewery is in Tottori Prefecture, and the design of the label is the rising sun from Mt.DAISEN. Mt.DAISEN is one of the Japan heritage sites as known the highest in the CHUGOKU region.
If you are interested in the spiritual mind, would come to take a hike in DAISEN-OKI National Park. It is known as a spiritual mountain.
Or, if you like seafood, I highly recommended to visit the town of Chiyomusubi brewery in SAKAIMINATO. SAKAIMINATO port is known landing clubs and tuna.
Additionally, there are creepy statue everywhere. It is sure to be a trip that families with kids can enjoy as well.
Oh, Love Japan~ I really want to visit SAKAIMINATO.
