I felt it dry and flavor of rice. It’s tasty.
It’s a hot and humid season in here Japan. I have been out such sweltering all weekend, so I felt getting tired.
On such nights, have some comfort food, drink a glasses of sake, and go to bed early.
Then I’ll get energy back tomorrow.

SHABU SHABU Salad – Poached thinly sliced pork, fresh vegetables aside, dress with fish broth type of soy sauce and vinegar mixed sauce.
Pork is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. It’ll help heal my body tired.

Seafood salad
I just bought it from deli in local grocery store. I’m happy to have some large crab meat.

Ginger pickles
This sweet and sour taste will also promote recovering my tiredness.
