Sustainable brewery

Inoue Sake Brewery can be said to be a brewery that keeps up with tradition, adapts to the changing life style, and practices new experiments.
This has been achieved through the launch of a brand of sake called SUIJO.

First, as an energy reform, we are using the electricity generated by the solar sharing power plant in the sake brewing process.
Also, it seems that rice for sake produced under the solar panel.
In addition, rice farming is open to the public, and events are held so that students and other people who are not contracted farmers can experience rice planting and harvesting.

If I have a chance, I would like to participate in rice planting.
It must be taste even better, if it will make sake from the rice planted.

I hope you will have a relaxing evening!
