I have to tell you, I have introduced various sake so far, but it is not always possible to buy them outside of Japan.
However, I believe that this sake Dassai can be purchased in your country.

In Japan, Dassai has come to be known as a sophisticated and delicious sake that is appreciated as a gift or special occasion.
As a next step, Mr. Sakurai wants to provide deliciousness and happiness to people living outside of Japan.
When I imagine that sake, which is one of the Japanese cultures in countries across the sea, could see people’s happy dining table on it.
I just wonder why feeling proud of even me.
About the notation of the brewery name
Until now, the name of sake brewing company was written with “brewery” at the end.
However, when I write Asahi brewery, I realized confused with Asahi brewery for a major beer company.
That’s why in my blog, I will refer to breweing Dassai company as Asahi-shuzo brewery.
By the way, shuzo means brewery in Japanese. So hard, isn’t it?
