Kaliho brewery Akita prefecture
The name Kariho Sake Brewery is said to be based on a famous poem by Emperor Tenchi.
This poem was written on an autumn day which the emperor thought of the workers.
It’s one of the cards in the HYAKUNIN ISSUE card game, also we learn it from textbook sometimes in school, and that’s been loved by us for a long time.
