Omoya brewery Nagasaki prefecture
Sweet, gorgeous fruity aroma
I remembered to have by wine glass and enjoyed the rich aroma.
It’s for Moon-viewing day in here Japan.
This event is held at full moon in September to enjoy viewing the moon a d to celebrate the harvest. We display DANGO – sticky rice dumpling or Vegetable or Japanese pampas grass.
Guess what?
I have tried Junmai Ginjo with No. 7 yeast and Junmai Ginjo with No. 10 yeast made by this brewery before.
As you know, Hiyaoloshi is a sake that has been aged for about half a year.
I was wondering which yeast it was made, but there was no sign on the label, so I had no idea.
Anyway, it was a delicious and fun dinner time.
I would be happy if I could share beautiful seasonal changes and enjoy comfortable night with people around the world who are looking at the same moon.
TAKOYAKI balls – moon shape
DANGO – sticky rice dumpling – rabbit shape
Black mushroom and Eggs stir-fried by chili bean sauce
Simple boiled Japanese mustard spinach
I hope you will have a relaxing evening!
