Shibolitate-Nama-Gensyu

Beautiful sweet aroma, fine bubbles like champagne, Comfortable for me

Miyasaka Brewery has been in business for 360 years and is the first brewery to discover No. 7 yeast.

This long-established brewery is known for producing a sake called Masumi.

However, the young president studied in England, returned through to Tokyo, and started brewing a new brand of sake.

Compared to Masumi, this MIYASAKA uses the same No. 7 yeast, but it seems that it is made with a more challenging manufacturing method.

Blessings of the earth sharpened in the natural environment

I introduced here before which was made the rice by Yamada Nishiki.

This time it is different type of rice called Miyama Nishiki.

Moreover, it is a fresh sake that has just been squeezed and without pasteurized then refrigerated sent to market.

In addition, it can be meaning that special new year bottle of MIYASAKA that is the pure and youngest because it is “Shibolitate-Nama-Gensyu”.

I hope you will have a relaxing evening!
